Most of the villas in UK are privately owned and generally may not match your taste and style. However, there are some luxurious villas that have their own private swimming pool, 24x7 room service, golf course and breathtaking views, which come at a cost.

If you’re planning a vacation with friends or family then luxury villa is the ideal solution. In fact, some of the villas are located within the luxurious resorts, thereby offering a mix of villa ambience and world class hotel facilities. Some villas also offer tranquil hideaways for couples looking for a romantic seclusion.

Since majority of the villas are built keeping in mind the climatic condition here - which is normally hot, dry and humid in summer – the villas may appear damp in wet season, but they immediately disappear once the weather clears.

Food packs
In fact, all the villas provide food packs at an additional charge. But it would be wise to consider ordering one, if you ’re planning to eat at the villa.

Maid service
It varies from villa to villa. But you can be rest assured of towel change on day to day basis and linen change on weekly basis. However, you’re expected to carry along your pool and beach towels.

Satellite connection
If your villa description shows satellite television then you can expect to receive it, though subscription channels are not usually available.

Check-in and check-out time
It is advisable to be present at the office hours and if possible before night, although most of the villas are opened from 16:00 hours onwards. On the day of departure, make sure you vacate the villa by 10:00 hours so it can be prepared for new arrivals.

Pool and garden maintenance
Generally twice a week swimming pools are cleaned and maintenance of the gardens are takes place daily. So it is imperative that you keep the place clean and green.

Cots
At the time of booking (if require) mention whether you want a cot or a highchair. Additional cost is levied for the service, and cots come without linen.

AC and central heating
Majority of villas are equipped with air-conditioning for which you’ll be charged. Portable heaters and fans can be called for on request.

Kitchen
All the necessary cooking utensils are made available in the Kitchen like hob, fridge, basic cooking utensils, cutlery, ironing boards and crockery. Some villas even provide washing machines, dishwashers and microwave ovens.

Villa services
The villa rental cost generally covers water, electricity and gas consumption. But at times there may be irregular or no water and electricity supply for hours together.

Car hire
Many big villas offer car hire services to and fro to the airport, railway station, etc. But before hiring the service you need to take note of your rental period whether it corresponds with your requirements and your flight boarding time. Also note: an extra charge is levied incase collections are made outside the car hire company’s office hours. If you’ll be driving then make sure to carry along your valid driving licence.

Security deposit
This amount will be added to your final invoice and the balance will be refunded once the in-charge of the villa gives an ok.
